Refunds & Cancellations
Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Day passes and meeting room bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. First month's membership fees are non-refundable, but we offer a satisfaction guarantee during your first week.
